In celebration of our Diamond Jubilee year, Save A Family Plan announces the SAFP Msgr. Kandathil Social Justice Award. The recipient of this award will be recognized for their extraordinary commitment to the social justice spirit of our founder, Msgr. Augustine “Father Gus” Kandathil. The winner(s) will be selected according to their contribution toward sustainable development, in partnership with Save A Family Plan, demonstrating love and compassion for those living in extreme poverty in India.
Nominations will be reviewed by the Board of Directors and the Executive Director, with a winner selected by majority choice. The winner(s) will be announced at the 60th Anniversary Reception in October. A representative of SAFP will present the recipient(s) with a certificate honoring their achievement. The names of the winner(s) will be engraved on a plaque to be displayed at the SAFP office.
